Board meetings are held
the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM
at the authority offices

Public Notice: This month’s board meeting scheduled for April 17, 2024 has been cancelled due to lack of agenda items.

All visitors are recognized but if you want to be on the Agenda to address the Board, you must contact the office by Monday prior to the meeting. Any changes in meetings will be published in The Pittsburgh Post Gazette and posted on our website.

BOARD MEMBERS

Michael Funk – Chairman

Mr. Funk has been on the Board since 2015. His term expires December 31, 2027.

Carlton Fogliani – Treasurer

Mr. Fogliani was appointed to the Board in August of 2021. His term expires December 31, 2023.

Benjamin Dorsch – Assistant Secretary/Treasurer

Mr. Dorsch has been on the Board since 2018. His term expires December 31, 2026.

George Anderson – Secretary

Mr. Anderson was appointed to the board in July 2020.  His term expires on December 31, 2024.

Nicholas Baldauf – Vice Chair

Mr. Baldauf was appointed to the Board in August of 2021. His term expires December 31, 2025.


Right to Know Law

On January 1, 2009, The Right to Know Law Act 3 of 2008 went into full effect. The new law created the Office of Open Records to help implement and enforce the new law which changes the way people access public records and changes the way the government processes requests.

RECENT MINUTES

Minutes of the Board meetings are posted on the web site after they are approved by the Board. As an example, the January minutes will be approved at the February meeting and be posted by the week following the February meeting. Agendas for the Board meeting will be posted on the web site the Friday before the scheduled meeting.
